Feedback on Budapest itself has been excellent – everyone loved the city and most were really surprised and delighted at the fabulous variety of things to see and do – quite a number told us that two days wasn’t enough. (Just wished I’d had the budget for another night).
Of course, our gala dinner at Gundel was the highlight of the trip. A fantastic dinner, and as always Gundel delivered fantastic food and great service.
My thanks once again – Microcosmos did a fantastic job.
I’ve returned to the office and wanted to say a big thank you to you and your team for all of your help and support before and during the meeting in Budapest. Overall the meeting was a great success and our client was very happy!

Having arrived safely back home I have had the time to reflect on our recent Convention in Budapest.
To say thank you to your and your colleagues for making the event so successful and enjoyable, is hardly enough.
From the time I first contacted you some months ago you made it so easy to deal with you. You provided suggestions on venues and ideas on how our group of nearly a hundred could be entertained. You did actually provide an excellent balance of events from dining on a boat to having a "Night in the museum" which really did provide a "Wow" factor to the group.
We have been providing this style of convention for many years and in many countries of the world. I have received so many positive comments on how much people enjoyed this latest convention in Budapest.
However, I do not deserve the praise provided for the success of our latest convention for without you and your team it would not been the success that it was.
So I hope that you will understand that to say thank you is not enough!

We had a fantastic trip to Budapest. The weather was beautiful and our full programme worked without any trouble. Dora was extremely helpful the whole time, the food was good and the activities were both inspiring and fun. The best part of the trip must have been the Trabant Rally – it was really an experience. We were all impressed over how well done everything was prepared into every little detail – like our logo on the menus at all the restaurants.

Having now settled back in to the office after our event in Budapest last week I wanted to formally thank you for your huge efforts in supporting us throughout the event. I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you so much for all your organisation and help with the dinner last night. It really was a spectacular evening, the venue was just perfect (better than the Museum of Fine Arts I think!) and the musicians, and dancers just fantastic. One particular highlight of the evening was the magician who many of our clients and seniors were absolutely amazed by. Please can I check - do the goldfish go to nice homes?!
The food as we knew from the tasting was absolutely wonderful - please do thank the caterers, and all of the waiting staff who were extremely efficient and friendly.
The hostesses also were very very good, they all spoke wonderful English and I hear that their guided tours of the city on the coaches were very interesting.
All in all I think that the evening was flawlessly run by your team and we would all like to say a big thank you to you and everyone involved.

My only concern is how we can improve on this next time...

Hello Ladies, Whilst I know we said our thanks on Monday I really wanted to put these in writing to you - to make it 'official'! Your support and organization of the ground logistics for the Philips F1 launch were superb. At every stage you were completely supportive of what we were trying to achieve and tried to find solutions at all stages to our many, many requests - and in nearly every instance - achieved to do so! The relations you have with hotels, suppliers, technical support etc enabled the event to run smoothly and to plan. You are clearly very highly regarded within Budapest and the standards to which you work to are very high. From a planning and logistics perspective Linda was a huge support to Lucy throughout and she was a delight to work with both before the event and on-site.
